We're looking for a someone to join our Corporate Affairs team at Sheffield Children's. You will provide comprehensive support to high-level meetings and ensure the smooth running of important executive processes.

About Us: The Corporate Affairs Team provides essential support to the Board of Directors, Executive Team, and Clinical Care Groups. We ensure compliance with statutory and legislative NHS requirements and provide strategic advice to senior leadership.

About You:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

  • Able to build strong relationships with senior executives and professional partners.

  • Experience in administrative support, project management, and complex minute-taking.

Main duties of the job

Reporting into the Corporate Assurance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the Corporate Affairs Team in ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide company secretarial support to the Board of Directors, Council of Governors, and senior leadership teams.

  • Supervise the coordination of the Executive PA team to maintain standards of executive secretariat service.

  • Degree in business administration or similar or equivalent demonstrable experience

  • NHS Company secretarial qualification - Manchester Business School, CASS or ICSA
  • ILM qualification
