We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and motivated Specialist Pharmacist to join our nationally recognised Paediatric Sleep Service -- one of only five research-active tertiary sleep units in NHS England.

This is a new role, ideal for a clinically motivated pharmacist to lead and shape pharmacy input into our innovative sleep service. Reporting into the Lead Pharmacist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Deliver a specialist clinical pharmacy service to the Sleep Service

  • Prescribe and manage medications according to NHS England's STOMP and STAMP programmes

  • Conduct detailed medication reviews and support deprescribing

  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to improve treatment outcomes and enhance care transitions across hospital, community, and primary care

  • Lead service development initiatives and implement clinical protocols

  • Support Trust-wide pharmaceutical services including weekend and out-of-hours responsibilities
