An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Community Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Team at Sheffield Children's, working within the Motor Skills Team.

You will help provide care to children with physical and learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to enhance your experience in a compassionate, progressive, and supportive environment. About You: We are looking for someone with experience in health or social care settings, with a passion for supporting children. Reporting into the Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage your own caseload, providing patient care under supervision.

  • Implement and monitor treatment plans designed by physiotherapists and occupational therapists.

  • Deliver routine rehabilitation programmes using play and physical activity to enhance function and participation in family and community life.

  • Maintain clinical areas, manage supplies, and ensure accurate patient documentation.

  • Support children to improve their physical capabilities and reduce the impact of disability or illness.

  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients.
