Fixed term: 12 months | Full-time
We are looking for a Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to deliver Low Intensity CBT interventions, and develop groupwork programmes aimed at improving mental health outcomes for young people. You will also work with the wider CAMHS service to enhance the Low Intensity CBT offering across Sheffield.

About You

Postgraduate qualification as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner (CWP).

Registration with BABCP or BPS as a Children's Wellbeing Practitioner.

CWP Supervisors (PGCert) or equivalent experience

Experience working with young people facing common mental health issues.

Experience developing and delivering evidence-based IAPT low-intensity interventions, including group psychoeducation and guided self-help.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:

Lead a team of Band 5 CWPs, providing guidance and supervision.

Deliver Low Intensity CBT interventions to children, young people, and their families across Sheffield.

Develop and implement groupwork programmes tailored to the needs of service users.

Collaborate with the wider CAMHS team to enhance and expand the citywide Low Intensity CBT offer.

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions following IAPT principles.
