We are looking for a skilled paediatric nurse to join our Home Ventilation Team. You will support children and young people (CYP) with ventilation needs, both in hospital and at home, in educational settings, and during respite care.
As a Ventilation Support Nurse, you will provide holistic care alongside nursing and medical staff, working with families and external professionals to ensure the safety and well-being of CYP.
You will work in hospital wards, clinics, and the community, and a clean driving licence and access to a car are required for this regional position.
Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Department Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Provide skilled nursing care to patients

Support nursing students and support staff

Advocate for patients

Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery for all patients.

Contribute to the smooth operation of the department.
