We are looking for a confident, motivated individual to join us for a full-time role (37.5 hours per week) on Amber Lodge. The role is to provide clinical and managerial leadership of the team, while working alongside the rest of the leadership team, on the lodge and within wider leadership structures in the trust.

Provide clinical supervision to junior members of the team.

Financial responsibility for the resources identified for the lodge, including staffing, environmental costs and lodge resources.

To work in collaboration with colleagues working in Specialist CAMHS and the wider education and social care network to provide a holistic package of care / treatment for identified children, young people and families.

To provide clinical leadership and be a source of specialist clinical advice by having a working knowledge of specific therapeutic interventions, treatments and clinical management strategies.

To ensure that the guiding principles of Clinical Governance are in place and that they are utilised to maintain and enhance clinical practice and quality within the team.
