Job summary
To provide an efficient and effective clerical admin support service within the CHIS & SAIS Team. The post holder will ensure information is accurately recorded onto various patient administration systems and provide general admin support.
Main duties of the job
- To support the maintenance of various patient systems on recording and tracking of up-to-date information relating to patient pathways
- Maintenance of departmental databases and spreadsheets
- Use of patient administration systems to check and update patient information
- Answering telephone calls
