Job summary

To provide an efficient and effective clerical admin support service within the CHIS & SAIS Team. The post holder will ensure information is accurately recorded onto various patient administration systems and provide general admin support.

Main duties of the job

  1. To support the maintenance of various patient systems on recording and tracking of up-to-date information relating to patient pathways
  1. Maintenance of departmental databases and spreadsheets
  1. Use of patient administration systems to check and update patient information
  2. Answering telephone calls
