Job summary

The Quality and Governance Administrator will provide efficient and confidential administrative and Personal Assistant support to the Head of Quality & Governance. The post holder will work as a member of the administration team, providing support and cross cover to administration colleagues where required, and also provide excellent administrative support to the quality oversight functions and arrangements within the South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw Specialised Commissioning Provider Collaborative Hub.

Main duties of the job

The Quality and Governance Administrator will be responsible for handling the reporting of all incidents occurring across providers in 3 Provider Collaboratives across South Yorkshire and Bassetlaw, overseeing the process from reporting through internal review and closure. This will include keeping spreadsheets and shared drive folders in a neat and organised fashion, updating in a timely manner.

The post holder will attend a serious of meetings with internal and external colleagues (both across the NHS and Independent Sector Providers) to transcribe complex minutes and record actions. This will include preparing agendas, reports and presentations for the meetings, ensuring that data is accurate and presented in a neat fashion adhering to the corporate branding and circulated to distribution lists in advanced of the meetings.

The post holder will have a range of administrative functions and responsibilities to oversee and so it is essential that they work in an organised and efficient manner, being able to multi task and handle large amounts of work with conflicting deadlines. It is essential that the post holder can work autonomously and able to effectively manage their own work load.

The post holder will provide some Personal Assistant support to the Head of Quality and Governance, mainly diary management but supporting them to manage their deadlines and ensure they have oversight of all ongoing actions and projects.
