Job summary
This post is an exciting opportunity to join the e-Systems team at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.
The e-Systems team is responsible for the management of many clinical systems across the Trust, including the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) and its component parts including the Patient Administration System (PAS), the electronic Document Management System (eDMS) and several others.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible for the day to day support of the Systems relating to the provision of a high quality, efficient and responsive e-Systems service.
To develop knowledge of the applications supported by the e-Systems service - PAS, eDMS, NHS e-Referral, Netcall, Big Hand and all other applications that fall within remit, to be able to provide role-tailored training and system support.
To work in conjunction with the Service Coordinator to develop the systems supported by the service ensuring the highest quality of service is provided at all times in line with local and national objectives.
