Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the management team within the CWAMH Care Group at Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust.

The main purpose of the role is to provide operational support to the Care Group and its constituent clinical teams particularly in relation to: -

  • Day to day operational management and service improvement.
  • Information/data gathering and presentation of specialty level performance.
  • Supporting performance management and efficient delivery of services for patients.
  • Line management responsibilities.

Main duties of the job

The main duties/responsibilities for the role include:

  • Working with the Care Group management team, Trust support services/teams and clinical teams to oversee operational issues on a day to day basis and assist in the delivery of performance targets.
  • Working closely with the Information and Performance teams to closely monitor activity and provide management information as required.
  • Working with clinical teams to ensure patients are on course to meet performance targets
  • Line managing specified members of staff.
