The HR recruitment team at Sheffield Children's are seeking a new coordinator to join our welcoming, professional, and committed team, providing high quality services to candidates and appointing managers. This dynamic team are continuously striving to improve their service provision so that the right people are in the right posts at the right time.
This is a great opportunity for someone with an interest in recruitment, to contribute to safe working practices, by providing assurance that recruitment activities are completed in line with NHS Employers standards, whilst ensuring an efficient onboarding experience for candidates.

Main duties of the job
This role requires independent working with both internal and external stakeholders and the post holder will need to have excellent communication skills coupled with an interest in people, IT systems, processes and administrative work.
Key tasks will include advertising vacancies in line with local guidelines, supporting selection and assessment tasks, completing pre-employment checks, arranging start dates and issuing contracts. The role holder will need to deliver assurances that compliance is maintained, ultimately contributing to excellence in safe working practices.
