A new and exciting opportunity has arisenat Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust working with the Chief Operating Officer within the Operations department.
You will be a member of the Trust Senior Leadership Team, playing a key role in the delivery of high-quality clinical services and will support effective day to day performance management across four Clinical Care Groups.

Main duties of the job
- Responsible for all community facing and mental health services.
- Establish relations with place and system partners in relation to these service to consider the holistic needs/pathways of patients.
- Responsible for leading the annual planning process on behalf of the organisation from an operational perspective.
You should be driven, ambitious and passionate about patient care. You must have the desire to forge partnerships and to influence at the highest levels, working with the Executive Team and in close partnership with senior clinical and managerial colleagues in delivering many aspects of the Trust's strategic and operational agenda.
You will demonstrate a passion for excellence in children and young people's healthcare and have a compelling track record of success in a senior operational role in a complex healthcare environment. Experience with Community and/or Mental Health Services is desirable. Partnership working is crucial in these services and building relations with other organisations across the city and region will be paramount. This role will also lead in the coordination of the annual planning/contractual cycle for the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you should be able to build confidence across the organisation, clinically and corporately as well as with external partners at a local and national level.
