Job summary
The post holder will assist the Patient Service Manager (PSM) in addressing the Trust's strategic and operational agenda. The post holder will oversee day to day service management issues, liaising with departments and teams as required. The post holder will provide line management for key staff within the group, and will deputise for the PSM as required. They will support the delivery and development of improved performance across the organisation and promote quality improvement including leading on specific programmes of development which will be clearly defined.

- Highly developed specialist knowledge, underpinned by theory and experience Knowledge of health service management, including change management and workforce re-design, acquired through training and experience to Masters' level equivalent
- Evidence of relevant continuous professional development
