Job summary

Airedale NHS Foundation Trust's People Partnering Team have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employee Relations (ER) Manager to join a small but perfectly formed team of people professionals to further developand embed a restorative just and learning culture through effective people centred practices.

The post holder will be responsible for managing and coordinating the Trust's employee relations casework, ensuring that all case work is carried out in line with Trust policy and processes and in accordance with current legislation and best practice.

The post holder will manage a small team of people professionals ensuring a professional and robust People Advisory Service is maintained which will focus on all transactional people matters
