Main duties of the job
Job Summary
o To priorities, plan and deliver clinical case work within the the intermediate care bed base with support and supervision of a senior therapist.o To apply evidence based, knowledge and skills to the clinical areao To work in partnership with patients, carers, the MDT, and wider statutory, private and voluntary sector services.o To work with team members to ensure the effective functioning of the teamo To participate in quality improvements to improve the clinical areao Contribute to student training and development
