Job summary
The post holder will be responsible for carrying out immunisations/vaccinations, venepuncture, pre-placement screenings, DSE assessments and any other activities for which they are competent. The role will also involve health promotion and delivery of events/activities in line with the Trust Health and Wellbeing strategy.

Main duties of the job
The role holder will run clinics to support immunisation check and vaccinations for staff at Airedale and some local organisations that we support. The role holder will also complete pre-employment checks for staff about to start in their roles, will complete health related tasks on Cohort (the OH system we use) and will deal with questions over the phone and in person, to name but a few aspects of the role. The role holder will offer support for management referral assessments and reports via the Cohort Database.
The role holder will be willing to gain Occupational Health Qualifications.
This role will be based at Airedale General Hospital but the Post holder will also be required to work off-site providing services to external clients.
