It will bring about a transformation to the way we provide care to patients and we're looking for energetic, forward-thinkers to provide clinical leadership within the programme.
The Trust is already acknowledged as a pioneer in the delivery of digital healthcare, with its award-winning digital care hub delivering care round-the-clock to care homes, prisons, and people in their own homes.
We are seeking to appoint a Lead AHP for EPR as a member of the expanding Clinical Informatics team, where the emphasis is on leadership and transformation: whilst knowledge of digital health is useful, there is ample opportunity to develop this aspect within the role.

You will be instrumental in representing your profession, and in encouraging your professional colleagues to explore and engage with the transformation journey.
This post is offered initially as a Fixed Term 18 month post, with a view to being offered as a permanent position. For internal colleagues, the trust will support secondments as development opportunities, with backfill made available.
As part of the Trusts commitment to flexible working there will be some opportunity to work from home and in the office on a rota basis, this would be reviewed regularly in line with service requirements.
To be successful you will need to have significant knowledge of AHP Services, National Digital Health and Social Care Strategies, the NHSE What Good Looks Like Framework and other Regulatory requirements.
