Administrator for Diabetes Structured Education

Job summary

Based within the Nutrition and Dietetic team this exciting post will lead on the administration for the type 1 and Type 2 diabetes structured education programmes that run across the Harrogate District.

You will need excellent communications skills as this post will involve direct contact with people for booking and supporting with course information

This post is 15 hours per week with some flexibility around days

Main duties of the job

The main duties of this post will be to provide the administration for the Structured education programmes working closely with Dietitians and Nurse to ensure ongoing efficient delivery of the programmes.

Organisation of the programmes, dates and venues, ensuring accurate records of delivery and attendance are recorded.

Sending out all relevant course documentation to patients who have booked onto the programme.
