Job summary

We are pleased to be able to offer an exciting opportunity to join the Patient Systems Team at Harrogate District Foundation Trust. In partnership with our chosen supplier, we have embarked on our digital excellence journey to implement an Electronic Patient System (EPR) system that will transform the quality of care for our patients and staff by having instantly accessible information using the latest mobile technology, reducing paper usage and utilising clinical decision support tools.

The Patient Systems Trainer will be part of a specialist team of multi skilled Digital professionals responsible for Nervecentre, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering meaningful, useful training, working closely with clinical, administrative and managerial colleagues to ensure it supports both clinical and operational needs.

Main duties of the job

  1. Plan, design and deliver a range of training courses .2. Work as part of the Patient Systems Team, ensuring that staff are fully trained and reviewed on a regular basis in order to promote to users a high standard of data quality, in accordance with local and national standards.3. Responsible for creating relevant course materials including hand-outs and consolidation exercises. 4. Act as a point of contact and support on training enquiries and issues, escalating issues to the EPR Manager as needed. 5. Promote and embed a culture of continuous quality and service improvement.
