Job summary
We have a exciting opportunity for a forward thinking and dynamic individual to undertake a brand new position within the directorate. The role will require you to manage and facilitate the maintenance and development of the Children and Young Peoples Public Health Directorate (CYPPHD) digital offer. The digital offer includes social media platforms, website, App and virtual delivery, all of which require:
- Project planning & management.
- Reporting & analysis.
- Training & Development planning and execution.
- Communication & Engagement.
The Post Holder will take a key role in the organization and direction of digital programs across the directorate. supporting the trusts vision to digital transformation enabling integrated care and improved patient and staff experience. leading on digital approaches to delivering services, communication and information to clients is integral to this role.
The post holder will be a digital subject expert ensuring the highest standard of digital delivery meeting current NICE evidence-based standards and providing support and professional direction to 0-19 colleagues.
The post will ensure effective working relationships with digital thematic leads and digital champions in locality areas. The post holder will line manage the Project Support Officers within the directorate. Acting as the interface with the digital provider and key partners in order to maximize impact of HDFT digital capabilities.
Main duties of the job
To Line manage Project Support Officers within the Public Health Directorate.
Manage workload independently including delegation.
Devise and implement both face-to-face and virtual training sessions, including: the booking of rooms and promotions of dates and the provision of MS Teams links.
Project Planning & Management
Implement project plans with regards to mobilisation and onboarding of contracts
To provide project management, including potentially challenging and sensitive change programs.
Project manage implementation of digital & technology initiatives.
Plan and lead promotional / engagement campaigns as agreed.
Bring forward and implement ideas for continuous improvement to work processes.
Interface with the directorate Digital & 'Doing It Differently' working groups in support of the Service Digital Lead.
Engage with local authority and health partners communications teams in order to plan and disseminate information across social media platforms and advertise digital availability.
Lead and interpret the reporting and analysis of information and data relating to digital platforms and innovations.
Undertake reporting and analysis of information to support delivery of projects.
To have a responsibility in maintaining Information governance and cyber security.
