Full time post - 12 PA's - 12 month fixed term
Applications are invited for a Specialty Doctor roles in Anaesthetics at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust as we are expanding and developing the team.

The successful applicant will join a dynamic and enthusiastic anaesthetic department that has full ACSA accreditation and an ICU recently rated as outstanding by the CQC.

Qualifications
Essential
- MBChB or equivalent medical qualification
- Eligible for full registration with the GMC at time of appointment.
Desirable
- FRCA or equivalent qualification recognised by the GMC
- EDIC or EDRA
Experience
Essential
- A minimum of four years post qualifying experience, at least 2 of which must be in Anaesthesia, with sufficient experience to undertake solo clinical practice with distant consultant supervision in theatres.
- Previous anaesthetic experience with sufficient experience to undertake solo clinical practice with distant consultant supervision in labour ward or critical care
- Ability to work effectively in the different clinical settings required in the job including current experience of Obstetric Anaesthesia and Critical Care Medicine
- Shows aptitude for practical skills, required in the job.
- Experience in teaching and supervising junior medical staff where required in the job.

- Experience of working in the NHS.
- Experience in subspecialty or other specialty complementary to the department
