An exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Project Manager to join our friendly and professional Digital Delivery team. This post will help deliver a number of projects that enable digital change, supported by the delivery of IT technology and systems to improve patient care. We are looking for an experienced, highly organised, dynamic, enthusiastic and motivated individual to support the delivery of a number of projects within our portfolio.
The post holder will be a team worker with excellent communication, interpersonal skills and leadership qualities. They will also have good IT skills and project management experience, ideally in digital projects. They will also ideally have experience of working within an acute NHS Trust.
The successful candidate will work closely with Clinical, Operational and Digital colleagues to successfully delivery digital change to end users across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
Provide end to end project management for a number of projects within the overall digital portfolio.
Using PRINCE2 project methodology, you will be responsible for producing project plans, quality project documentation and forproviding facilitation and guidance for project teams.
Excellent communication skills are a must, to ensure that communication is maintained between stakeholders at all levels of the organisation throughout the project lifecycle, making sure that organisational procedures are adhered to, objectives are identified and met, and benefits realised from the implementation of change.
Ensuring that projects deliverables are identified and met within the defined quality, time and cost constraints and facilitating the full realisation of benefits defined in the business case.

The Digital Delivery Team is dynamic team responsible for delivering a wide range of programmes and projects across Harrogate & District NHS Foundation Trust.
You will be working alongside a team of project professionals, as well as working closely with many other teams across the Trust during the delivery of projects.
