Registered Nurse - stroke experience - Granby Ward

Job summary
We are welcoming applications from Nurses who have worked for at least a year after getting their NMC PIN and experience caring for stroke patients.
Granby is a 22-bedded ward caring for patients rehabilitating after stroke and patients with neurology conditions.

Please note that we do not have any places available for OSCE training in 2024. This role requires NMC registration and one year post-NMC PIN medical experience.
Main duties of the job
An experienced Ward Manager Martine a team of dedicated Band 6 Sisters, and a supportive Matron, Tammy, lead Granby ward.
As a Trust we offer our Registered Nurses:
- 2 weeks Supernummery for experienced nurses
- 2 day Nurse induction course
- Practice Educators in each clinical area to help you develop your skills
- Legacy mentors are on hand to share their experience and support you in your new role
- Access to clinical skills training in our Clinical Skills Lab and personal development courses
- First Line Leadership programme to help develop your leadership skills
- Band 6 and 7 development posts
- Support and guidance with revalidation
