Job summary
We are looking for an experienced clinical pharmacist who is keen to work flexibly to support the clinical services across a range of specialities.
The successful candidate will join a patient focused team that are highly regarded across the organisation, providing expert advice and support to patients and members of the multidisciplinary team.
A robust induction and training plan will be supported to allow integration with the team and across the clinical areas.
This post is a flexible one that can accommodate a number of working patterns including weekends and holiday periods.
Main duties of the job
To support the development, delivery and evaluation of the clinical pharmacy service across all specialities.
Participate in departmental and speciality Quality Improvement initiatives.
To facilitate patient flow across the organisation and support the patient in managing their medicines.
