Job summary

We are seeking applications for a part time Consultant to join our Dermatology team at Harrogate District Hospital.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be expected provide a general Dermatology serviceincluding routine and urgent clinics. There are opportunities to undertakespecialist interest clinics to compliment existing specialisms.

HDFT is a Foundation Trust and the principal provider of hospital services to thepopulation of Harrogate and Ripon and the surrounding rural district. It has acatchment population of 185,000. Experience

Essential

  • Full registration with the GMC and name on the Specialist Register on the date of appointment or within 6 months of CCT
  • MRCP or equivalent
  • Wide experience in all aspects of dermatology, culminating in award of CCST or equivalent

Desirable

  • Completed fellowship programme
  • Four years supervised training in an appropriate SpR equivalent training programme
