Specialty Doctor in Dermatology

Fixed term: 12 month contract

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Specialty Doctor to join the Dermatology team at Harrogate District Hospital.

Main duties of the job

We are a forward thinking and cohesive department, our SAS teams are highly valued and we actively support career development.

The key responsibilities of the post will be:

  • Maintenance of the highest clinical standards in the management of patients.
  • Assisting with teaching and training of junior staff and medical students
  • To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit.
  • To have responsibility for ensuring active participation in continuing medical education (CME).
