The delivery and support of digital technology at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust is fundamental in enabling staff to provide excellent and safe patient care. Main duties of the job
Patient Systems Support (PCS, Endovault, WebV, Ascom, Outpatient Flow)
The PCS, Endovault, and WebV Team are responsible for the training, administration, management and further development of key clinical systems:
- PCS: The Trusts Patient Administration System (PAS) which is used by a large number of acute services
- WebV: The Trusts Electronic Patient Record which is used by a large number of acute services
- Endovault: Endoscopy system used mainly by endoscopy teams
- Ascom: web-based messaging application designed to send alertsto individuals or entire work teams
- Outpatient Flow - used for the electronic management of outpatient Clinics
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team, providing an excellent service to our end users. This role will be both trainer and systems support in a team that provides knowledge, development and support to system users.
The successful post-holder will be based at Harrogate District Hospital and it is likely that you will sometimes work from home to support teams and systems users with various remote working solutions.
You will be able to demonstrate a defined track record of patient/clinical systems support and promoting the importance of high quality data integrity to inform effective decision making. Previous experience of PCS, Endovault, Ascom or WebV would be desirable
