Job summary

**Fixed Term Until May 2022**

The 0-19 Healthy Child Team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed Admin Scanner Assistant to join our team based at Northallerton.

The scanning team support the admin team in scanning paper records onto system 1 electronic records.

The successful candidate will have effective communication skills and be able to work within the wider team.

We are looking to recruit 1 post full time, fixed for 12 months.

Main duties of the job

  • Provide clerical support to Health Visitors & School Nurses teams within bases.
  • To be responsible for maintaining up to date filing systems within Health Visitor & School Nurse bases and Child Health Information Services (CHIS).
  • Provide sickness and absence relief cover for other clerical staff.
  • Responsible for tasks, scanning and inputting of data as requested onto SystmOne
  • Responsible for ensuring that clients notes are filed appropriately
  • Any other duties as required and as appropriate to the grade
