NICOR Coordinator

Job summary

We are seeking a highly organised and motivated NICOR Coordinator (National Institute for Cardiovascular Outcomes Research) to support the collection and management of cardiovascular outcomes data across our clinical services. This is a vital role supporting our contribution to the national Institute for Cardiovascular outcomes Research (NICOR) audits, helping to ensure high quality care and benchmarking performance against national standards.

Main duties of the job

Coordinate the timely and accurate submission of data for NICOR for heart failure audit, ensuring strict deadlines are adhered to.

Liaise with clinicians, data analysts and audit teams to ensure completeness and validity of data sets.

Support Clinical Governance by ensuring adherence to data protection and audit standards.

  • Minimum 4 GCSE's Grade A-C or equivalent Or NVQ level 2 in relevant subject.

  • ECDL Or RSA ll

Experience and Knowledge

  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft office products and Internet Explorer
  • NHS experience
  • Knowledge of CPD
