York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts Receivable Team on a full-time basis.
Main duties of the job
Responsibilities include;
- Taking payments and issuing invoices
- Receipting/processing of income
- Consultant fees schedule
- Sending out reminder letters, dealing with aspects of debt collection and repayment plans for overpayments
- Deputising for the Team Leader when required and assisting in the day-to-day running of the Section.
- Assist with Agreement of Balances exercise and coordinating year end processes
- To maintain and update relevant spreadsheets.
- Cover for colleagues on occasions and assist members of the team with training and development
