Main duties of the job
Trust Grade Doctor (CT1-2 Equivalent) in ENT

This is not an approved training position; however you will receive the following:- Named clinical supervisor- Local Induction and information pack outlining internal training courses/opportunities available to doctors in these non-approved training positions- Individual Personal Development Plan and annual Appraisal- Individual access to the NHS e-appraisal system (funded by the Trust for posts that are six months or longer)
- Support and access to funding provided for non-training grades
These posts have been established to work on the ENT on call rota. The posts are none training, however, opportunities for development will be available.
