Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and well motivated individual to join our friendly, dynamic and dedicated Therapy Services Administration Team on a permanent basis (37.5 hours per week) part time or full time.

You will be responsible for an efficient and effective administration service primarily to the Therapy Services which covers numerous sites.

You will have excellent communication skills and be effective in working closely with clinical and non-clinical staff and have a flexible and patient centred approach.

Please note this role is not eligible for sponsorship

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide support to the Therapies and MSK team by contributing to an efficient and effective service within a very busy but friendly environment with responsibility for receiving, maintaining, and providing manual and electronic data containing sensitive and confidential information.

The role includes all aspects of receiving paper light referrals, including Self Referrals, registering, appointing, scanning etc. as well as some reception cover.

  • Educated to GCSE Level or equivalent Maths and English at C or above - or equivalent qualification/demonstrable experience.
  • Computer literacy skills to RSA2, NVQ 2 or equivalent

Desirable

  • Previous Office/Administrative experience in an NHS environment
