Job summary

We are looking for an experienced trainer to join the Safety and Security Team, to deliver its responsibilities under NHS England's Violence Prevention and Reduction Standards as well as Health and Safety Law in providing training to frontline staff in Physical Intervention and Breakaway training.

This will be delivered using MAYBO accreditation.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will deliver MAYBO training to all frontline staff in the Organisation, allowing them additional tools to be able to de-escalate situations where violence occurs.

The successful candidate will need to be flexible to assist clinical teams who don't work Monday-Friday and deliver training on evenings and weekends if required to do so.
