Person Specification

Education, Qualifications & Training

Essential

• Holds a training qualification

Desirable

• MAYBO licensed trainer
• Has or is willing to deliver other Health & Safety training courses

Experience and Knowledge Required

Essential

• Knowledge of the subject matter
• Experience keeping accurate records, run reports, and delivering to agreed targets.

Desirable

• Physical Intervention delivery experience in the NHS

Skills and Attributes

Essential

• Ability to communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team and a wide range of people within and beyond the Trust.
• Ability to present data.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel across York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals and community sites

Desirable

• Experience and ability in being able to adapt to emergency situations

Aptitude and Personal Qualities

Essential

• Ability to demonstrate sound organisational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage workload to ensure targets are met.
