Job summary

We are looking for Band 5 Audiologist to join our dedicated Audiology Team at Scarborough Hospital.

The successful candidate will need to have a BSC in Audiology, or have BAAT Part 1 and 2 and a BTEC in MPPM.

The Audiology Department at Scarborough Hospital is a based at Springhill House, however, the successful candidate must be able to travel to Whitby Hospital and Bridlington Hospital.

Main duties of the job

You should possess excellent clinical and communication skills, and be highly motivated and dedicated to provide a high standard of care.

As a Band 5 Audiologist you will work autonomously as well as part of the team, with support from Senior Audiologists.

You will be expected to be able to perform pure tone audiometry, tympanometry, real ear measurements and have a knowledge of digital hearing aids.
