Main duties of the job
You will work as part of a large team, you will also be confident with using your own initiative whilst going that extra mile to give the best customer experience. You will help maintain our excellent and professional reputation of recruitment and follow best practices to achieve our goals. You will communicate with a wide range of people, from recruiting managers through to the general public who are applying for jobs.
We use a wide range of electronic systems such as: TRAC recruitment system, Electronic Staff Record and NHS Jobs. We also use programs such as Microsoft Office and Outlook on a daily basis.
As the first point of contact when people phone or visit the Recruitment Team; you must be able to work under pressure and deal with some complex calls and queries, you will be fully supported along the way.
