1 x 15 hours per week, Fixed term/Secondment until 31 March 2024
We are seeking a dynamic, forward thinking Heart Failure Specialist Nurse to join our established Heart Failure Specialist Nursing Team.
The post holder will work alongside colleagues and be responsible in providing high quality expert care to patients with heart failure both in and out of hospital.
It is expected that the successful candidate will already have suitable heart failure nursing experience as outlined in the job description.

Main duties of the job

- Professional qualification e.g. registered nurse
- Degree/diploma qualification and evidence of continuing professional development.
- Teaching and assessing qualification or equivalent experience e.g. ENB 998 or equivalent.
- Willingness to undertake Specialist training/short courses at postgraduate/masters level equivalent clinical skills course.
- Degree level specialist training or equivalent experience.
