Job summary

We are looking for a consultant rheumatologist to join a team of consultants, specialist nurses and fully functional wider MDT, supported by input from all associated specialties..

The Rheumatology Department is well respected clinically and actively involved in research and undergraduate education through the Hull York Medical School. The Department is part of the Yorkshire Rheumatology Network and receives a rheumatology trainee as part of the Yorkshire rotation. We pride ourselves in team working, having departmental radiology, rheumatology and vasculitis MDTs with all sub-specialties represented and links with the regional centre in Leeds.

Main duties of the job

Applicants must possess MRCP or equivalent and be fully registered with the GMC and hold a license to practice. Applicants must have entry on the GMC Specialist Register for Rheumatology via CCT (proposed CCT date must be within 12 months of the interview date), CESR or European Community Rights.
