Job summary
This Position, is an administrative position within a clinical service. It provides an intrinsic level of support on a day to day basis. It also requiresndata recording and presentation to enable to show the growth of the service.
There will be liasing with other disciplines and departments on the same site and on the other Bedfordshire hospital site at luton also
Main duties of the job
Data gathering, spreadsheet formation. presentation structuring, liaising across site with the Hospital at Home administrator on the Luton site.
Occasional travel to the Luton site to work with your counterpart.
Data presentation for Service Line meetings. close working with your band 7 as well as providing a functional daily support to the team.
Collecting medication from pharmacy, chasing diagnostic reports, compiling MDT updates from the caseload. maintaining board accuracy
