Job summary
The role of the Assistant Patient Pathway Coordinator is to work closely with secretaries, clinicians and management team to ensure that the care pathway of all patients is effectively managed.
Main duties of the job
You will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients' pathway of care.
You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and will provide support in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral todischarge, ensuring the entire pathway is supported smoothly.
You will ensure high levels of patient and clinician satisfaction by being an accessible, customer focussed and knowledgeable point of contact.
