An exciting opportunity has developed to help support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate service.This post is centred in Endoscopy services within Bedfordshire Hospitals Trust and the successful candidate will be expected to work on both sites.

Main duties of the job
To support the delivery of a high quality, safe and compassionate healthcare service.
To support Clinical Educators on both sites in the delivery of both the theoretical and practical components of educational, developmental and training programmes, using a range of teaching/learning styles within scope of practice.
To coach learners on various educational and training programmes, enhancing their learning experience and their understanding of how different roles contribute to the patient's care and experience.
To support and encourage the development of unregistered Health Care Support Workers to progress along a career pathway with can lead to registration, undertaking apprenticeships and other programmes of learning, with a step on step off approach.
To support registered nurses, under the supervision of the Endoscopy Clinical Educator, with access to support and educational tools and resources.
