Job summary
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Oral Maxilla facial team at luton Hospital. We are looking for an exceptional leader to continue leading our team of hard working, committed dental nurses.
You must be dynamic, forward thinking, ability to successfully implement change whilst possessing a visionary of dental services for our local population.
The successful candidate will work closely with the dental consultant team, orthodontic therapists, admin staff therefore it is essential that the successful candidate posses exceptional communication skills and styles.
You will also work closely with the senior truimverate, consisting of the Clinical director, General manager and head of Nursing, where your voice will be pivotal in influencing service change and delivery on behalf of our staff and patients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day safety and quality of patient care and department safety.
Responsible for safe and consistent rostering of staff via health roster
Responsible in ensuring staff are compliant with mandatory training
Responsible in ensuring staff are compliant with all trust policies, such as medicines management, Infection control and prevention, Information Governance, Health and Safety.
Responsible for nursing and quality Audits
Contribute to change innovation
