Main duties of the job
We are a Level 1 Special Care Baby Unit, with 12 cots providing 1 intensive stabilising care cot, 2 High dependency and 9 special care neonates.
Within this role you will assist in providing family integrated care, with high standards of service delivery for these vulnerable babies & their families.
Good communication skills are vital, along with professional respect for all.We are passionate about the care we give to babies, and you will be well supported to further enhance your clinical knowledge and expertise within our Trust.
This is a rotational post working both day and night shifts; therefore, flexibility with working hours is essential.
