Staffing Solutions Senior Administrator Fixed term/Secondment

Job summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and driven Staffing Solutions Administrator to join our team. Within this role you will be responsible for providing a responsive, customer focused end to end temporary staffing recruitment and temporary staff Bank service for the Trust ensuring adherence to team processes, Trust policies and best practice compliance by providing comprehensive support of day-to-day staffing and recruitment activities. This is a 12 month fixed term or secondment opportunity to cover maternity leave.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised individual who preferably has experience of working within staffing or recruitment in a busy customer-focused environment to cover for maternity leave. You will also have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and be passionate about providing a high quality customer service to both applicants and colleagues. We are looking for someone who can work full time.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a pro-active and effective; customer focused end-to-end recruitment and allocation service of temporary staff, which is carried out in accordance with agreed processes, schedules, legislative requirements and Trust policy and in line with NHS Employment Check Standards and Agenda for Change.

To deal with all aspects of the recruitment process including administering vacancies on NHS Jobs and TRAC, response handling, arranging interviews and advising on the selection process as well as dealing with new staff appointments.

To ensure that all pre-employment checks and clearances are obtained (references, OH clearance, DBS, professional registration checks, ID/right to work checks) and issue contracts of employment and offer letters for successful applicants, ensuring they are accurate and administered within a timely fashion.

To keep accurate records of recruitment activity and create reports as requested.

To deal with a range of enquiries from managers, peers, colleagues, and bank workers (both existing and prospective).
