An opportunity has arisen to become a member of the Facilities Helpdesk team. The post is a permanent full time position.
You will be working in a small call centre environment dealing with bed Maintenance and transport requests from the Trust. This Full time position consists of a 3 week rolling rota of the below
Week 1 08.00 to 16:00
Week 2 09.30 to 17.30
Week 3 11.00 to 19.00

- Log Bed Maintenance calls to appropriate contractor
- Book Discharge transport with appropriate provider
- Booking Couriers and Taxi for Trust
