Job summary
You will be a registered operating department Practitioner / Anaesthetic Nurse with anaesthetic experience, working in teams as well as an autonomous practitioner.
Competent across range of anaesthetic skills, supported by professional and clinical knowledge. Ensuring high standards of effective care are delivered to all patients within the Theatre suite, whilst maintaining communication within the team.
Clinically required to work when necessary as an anaesthetic practitioner, scrubbed assistant, circulating assistant or recovery room practitioner, taking responsibility for the work/team for a span of duty or operating list.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to work flexibly as part of our theatre team providing the highest standards of professional care to patients and to make a positive contribution towards the teams pursuit of excellence.
You will need to deliver a holistic care approach that is current, evidence based and effective. You must have a broad knowledge and skill base including communication and team working skills, in order that you contribute to the smooth running of the theatre department.
