Job summary
The North West Teenage and Young Adult Operational Delivery Network (TYA ODN) is looking to recruit an Administrator to support our team.
You will possess excellent administrative skills and good working relationships with colleagues. You will be an excellent communicator and have the ability to prioritise your workload ensuring that work is completed in a safe and timely manner. In addition, we are seeking someone who can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders from across the North West.
We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal.
Main duties of the job
The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service including diary management, attend meetings, take minutes, develop agendas, maintain and action email boxes, respond to queries, and make contact with stakeholders across the North West.
As Administrator, you will be supporting the Programme Manager and other members of the TYA ODN to ensure efficient running of the TYA ODN. You will ensure that there are efficient and streamlined administrative processes to maximise resource and ensure that deadlines are met.
You mut have excellent organisational and communication skills, and you will be expected to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated.

- To deal with incoming and outgoing email as required.
