The Brilliant Basics team are advertising for a fixed term part time B6 improvement project manager to cover maternity leave. The post is over a twelve-month period and will be for three days per week starting in July 2024.
We are looking for a passion to improve and the skills to help our teams move forward with their continuous improvement. You will have had experience in improvement, project management and similar tools and techniques to hit the ground running. Some experience of facilitation would be a bonus as would the use of our A3 tool.
Throughout your secondment you will be guided and supported by experienced practitioners in the BB team who are ready and eager to help you develop.
Main duties of the job
Responsible for the day-to day management & delivery of key strategic projects, activities and interactions in the Trusts' Improvement Programme with the focus being on the Brilliant Basics Improvement System.
