We are seeking an experienced and motivated Improvement Lead to join our Patient Safety and Care Improvement Team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of impactful local and national programmes that improve the quality, safety, and efficiency of healthcare across the North West Coast.
In this key role, you will lead and support a variety of quality improvement projects, working closely with clinical, corporate, and system partners. You'll play a vital role in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, offering expert guidance and coaching, and helping to drive long-term change across our Integrated Care Systems.
You'll also contribute to the development and delivery of workforce, education, and leadership programmes, aligned with our Coaching Academy and broader system-wide priorities.
