  1. Inspiring Staff ManagementLead, motivate, and support a team to ensure high performance and a positive working environment. Your leadership will be key in empowering individuals to reach their full potential.

  2. Performance DataTake charge of collecting and analysing performance-related data, turning numbers into insights and using them to drive improvements across the team and the service.

  3. Streamlining Attendance & DevelopmentOversee attendance management, ensure staff complete their annual appraisals, and coordinate mandatory training, ensuring the team is always at their best and compliant with necessary requirements.

  4. Collaborative Operational SupportAssist the Divisional Management team with a variety of operational duties, helping to streamline processes, solve problems, and support the wider department's success.

  5. Driving Continuous Service ImprovementPlay a pivotal role in the ongoing enhancement of operational services. You'll actively contribute to innovative solutions that improve processes, increase efficiency, and ensure top-quality service delivery.
