The post holder is to manage delegated projects of redevelopment schemes from inception to implementation and evaluation both pre and post contract and supporting the Building Services Engineering Manager in their duties.
The post holder will produce cash flow forecasts and expenditure reports for discussion with the Building Services Engineer & Capital Projects Managers and Finance Teams.
The post holder will support the Building Services Engineer & Capital Projects Managers co-ordinating the commissioning process including production of commissioning programmes regular progress meetings with User Leads, Architects, Mechanical and Electrical Design Consultants, Quantity Surveyors and Contractors to ensure that the deliverables and products are completed within the agreed time scales working on their own initiative where required.

- Make key decisions, providing specialist mechanical & electrical advice on a daily basis for each capital scheme advising as and when required, the Building Services Engineer & Capital Projects Managers
- Contribute to manage the tasks and planning on each project and act as principal liaison to a team of project staff in providing instructions to external Consultants, Designers, Contractors, Architects, Quantity Surveyors and Suppliers/Providers.
- Plans estates projects, providing specialist mechanical & electrical advice including liaison with contractors, suppliers
- To negotiate in terms of detail on project delivery using strong influential skills and demonstrable mechanical & electrical knowledge.
- To communicate and agree collectively on project deliverables and timescales.
- Responsible for identifying and assembling resources to meet project needs and requirements.
